Affordable & Accessible Homes

We're committed to providing homes at a fixed, transparent cost, currently estimated between £35,000 and £60,000. To make homeownership truly accessible, we offer flexible payment options over a 10-year period.

Sustainable & Future-Proofed Communities

Our commitment to sustainability extends beyond construction. We've implemented a unique 10-year module refresh cycle. Every decade, our housing modules are fully recycled and repurposed into newer, more advanced equivalents. This innovative approach guarantees our communities remain in excellent condition and at the forefront of sustainable living.

Minimal Environmental Impact

The infrastructure on each Ikonomo site is meticulously designed for minimal disruption to the surrounding environment. All fixtures and fittings are fully removable, offering landowners the flexibility to restore the site to its original condition after the 10-year period if desired.

Off-Grid Living

Every Ikonomo community is designed for complete energy and water independence. We achieve this by:

• Harvesting water and electricity directly on-site through a combination of solar, wind, and efficient hydroelectricity (where available).

• Filtering collected rainwater from each property for safe drinking and consumption.

This ensures a truly sustainable and self-sufficient living experience for all residents.
